Dr. Chen is seeing patients at his Shanghai office after taking time to build his overseas offices. This is Dr. Chen's first case in his new Shanghai office. The patient came in and had heard of Dr. Chen as well as 5-in-1. She was insistent that Dr. Chen put the final restoration on immediately as she would not be seeing Dr. Chen for a short period of time.

Dr. Chen removed all the hopeless teeth, placed 16 implants, and took an impression. Four days later, Dr. Chen put the permanent bridge in.

This is not the first patient that Dr. Chen and Cha have done an immediate final prosthetic on. Both Dr. Chen and Dr. Cha prefer to do a temporary fixture and wait to do the final restoration.
