6 Implants - This patient does trade-shows in Dubai and has been inviting Dr. Chen to go to Dubai for a while. He was referred to Dr. Chen by a good friend of his. He had teeth extracted many years ago and the bone had receded he wanted this repaired. Dr. Chen performed extensive bone grating, an HSC sinus lift and immediate implants.

15 Implants - This patient is a sales rep for a pharmaceutical company and wanted to have all of his perio infected teeth removed and implants placed in their place. He had HSC, bone grafting, ridge augmentation and immediate load on his anterior teeth (due to financial reasons.)

I havn't seen bone grafts in sinus, is that just a question about the film? Or any other explanations?
And they all got primary closure?

CK dental came out with this new bone mixed with BMP. it does not have the clear radio-marker, but handles good.
